AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees. You'll work primarily in Python, with some frontend work as needed, on a production system that continues to evolve.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
  • Help build workflows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources.
  • Support evaluation coverage on AI behavior you help ship.
  • Help extend the existing frontend where needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with Python.
  • Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
  • An LLM system you've kept running in production.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Availability to work PST hours.
  • Advanced level of English.
